“2015 was a landmark year for Indian diplomacy with the various visits, engagements and events resulting in concrete outcomes. The Ministry of External Affairs (Public Diplomacy Division) has now created a booklet under the title “Diplomacy for Development: From Aspirations to Achievements” that would highlight the achievements of the Ministry from a developmental perspective, encapsulating the tangible achievements for Indian diplomacy during the year.
