Adama Cup – Cricket (10 April 2022)

As part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav / India@75 celebrations in Ethiopia, a cricket tournament was held at Najyad School in Adama. Today (10 April 2022), the final match of the Adama Cup was held and Debrezeit Royals led by their dynamic captain Shrinil Patel emerged champions.

Eight teams from Addis Ababa, Gelan, Debrezeit and Adama had participated in the tournament. Thank you Adama Super Kings for successfully organizing this tournament.

With the coming of the rainy season in June-August, the Embassy will be organizing indoor sporting events during the next few months – badminton, table tennis, carom, etc.
