The Embassy is celebrating Gandhi Jayanti on Sunday, 2nd October, 2016 at 9 am. at the Embassy. The programme lined up for the celebration includes webcast of Shri Narendra Modi, Hon’ble Prime Minister of India inaugurating the Pravasi Bharatiya Kendra and dedicating it to the Indian Diaspora. The PBK is a premier convention centre for showcasing the rich cultural heritage of Indian Diaspora from different parts of the world. The Kendra is equipped to host a wide range of activities such as meetings, seminars, classes and cultural events to facilitate exchange of ideas involving the Diaspora. It is expected that PBK would emerge as a focal point for all activities engaging the Indian Diaspora.

All members of the Indian Diaspora, PIOs and NRIs in Ethiopia are invited to attend the celebrations.
