Meeting with the Secretary General of OSC

The Indian delegation led by Mr. Dammu Ravi, Secretary (Economic Relations), Ministry of External Affairs, along with Mr. Mayank Singh, Joint Secretary (East & Southern Africa) had a Luncheon Meeting with H.E. Sheikh Manssour Bin Mussallam, Secretary General of the Organisation of Southern Cooperation (OSC) (12 June 2025).

The exchange offered a valuable opportunity to explore collaborative frameworks focused on education, social equity, and inclusive development within the broader Global South. Discussions reflected a shared understanding of the challenges facing developing nations and a mutual desire to forge innovative, context-driven solutions that uplift communities.

India’s cooperation with the OSC represents a growing commitment to shaping a fairer, more balanced global order where the voices of the South are empowered and heard.
