Last Updated on August 9, 2022 National Handloom Day was commemorated in Addis Ababa. Indian community in their colorful and beautiful Indian attires attended the event and watched videos on India’s diverse and rich handloom industry. On the occasion, an exhibition on India’s khadi & handloom heritage was held. Photo exhibition of India-Ethiopia bilateral relations was also held. Handloom creates employment, empowers women |
