Unveiling of Market Study Report on Export opportunities for Oil seeds, pulses, Cotton, Gemstones and Coffee from Ethiopia to India

The Embassy of India in Addis Ababa, along with the Ministry of Agriculture of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia on 19th of August 2024, released a report on market study that focuses on Export Opportunities for Oil Seeds, Pulses, Cotton, Gemstones and Coffee from Ethiopia to India. The report was unveiled by Hon’ble Dr. Girma Amente (PhD), Minister of Agriculture of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and Ambassador of India to Ethiopia, Anil Kumar Rai.

The report is aimed to work with all Stakeholders in both countries take necessary steps to diversify the trade basket by utilizing Ethiopian‘s sustainable agriculture resources.The study had outlined opportunities and had given ways and means to address the challenges in enhancing agriculture exports from Ethiopia to India.
