The Embassy of India, Addis Ababa, hosted an interactive dialogue with a high-level delegation from Sulabh International Social Service Organisation, India’s pioneering institution in the field of sanitation and social reform, alongside delegation from the Coalition for Disaster Resilient Infrastructure (CDRI).

The dialogue provided a platform to explore opportunities for collaboration under the Clean Ethiopia Initiative, focusing on sanitation, climate resilience, and sustainable development. Participants discussed how innovative sanitation models and resilient infrastructure solutions can be adapted to Ethiopia’s local context.

The interactive session brought together a wide range of stakeholders including representatives from think tanks, NGOs, schools, UN agencies and relevant government bodies, creating an invaluable platform for knowledge exchange and collaborative discussions.

The Embassy looks forward to fostering partnerships between India and Ethiopia in promoting sustainable sanitation, climate resilience, and inclusive growth.
